The “Celline” pitted black olives are delicious on their own as an aperitif or as an ingredient for many recipes, from meat and fish courses to paste, either by adding them in the sauce, or just adding them directly to the cooked pasta with their own flavoursome oil or just to add extra flavour to a light and healthy salad.
