Cremovo is a traditional Italian egg-based liqueur, crafted by infusing Marsala Fine wine with egg yolk, resulting in a rich, velvety drink with a distinctive golden hue. Unlike many mass-produced versions that use lower-quality base wines, our Cremovo is authentically made with Marsala Fine and boasts a higher alcohol content of 16.5%, offering a more refined and full-bodied flavour.
This smooth and aromatic liqueur has a delicately sweet taste, balanced by the character of the fortified Marsala wine. It’s sweet without being cloying, making it an excellent companion for Italian desserts, especially those featuring custard cream, pastry, or biscotti.
Cremovo is not only delicious as a dessert wine but also a versatile ingredient in the kitchen. It can be used to enhance the flavour of traditional Italian cakes, pastries, or spoon desserts like Zabaglione and Tiramisù. Visit our authentic Italian
