If you believe that a wine is corked, faulty or otherwise not showing as it should, or if a food product does not meet the quality you would reasonably expect, please contact us as soon as possible. Upon return of the bottle or product in question, we will be happy to offer a replacement, store credit or refund, as appropriate.
Please note that we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement if a wine has been stored incorrectly or kept for an extended period after delivery, as storage conditions can significantly affect its quality.
