The balsamic vinegar of Modena "Silver" is realized using the must of grapes from our vines and our wine vinegar aged in Durmast barrels. A one hundred percent natural product, without any caramel, colouring agents or additives, with a density of 1.28.
Ideal on vegetable salads, omelette, Buffalo mozzarella and caprese salad, roasted meat, carpaccio and boiled meat, fried and in batter food, semifreddo dessert and fresh fruit salads.
