“Prosecco millesimato” means that the prosecco was made from grapes harvested in a single year (vintage), and "millesimati" are only produced in the best vintages, similarly to vintage champagnes, normally they tend to be a blend of wines from different vintages to ensure a consistent style and flavour.

Whether for a special occasions or a casual gatherings, its refined character makes it an ideal aperitif and pairs beautifully with a variety of canapés. Cantina Beato Bartolomeo is located at the foot of the Asiago plateau, on a hilly strip that goes from the medieval town of Thiene to the enchanting Bassano del Grappa. Gentle hills combed by vines, adorned in spring by cherry trees in bloom and surrounded by austere mountains.

It was Valentine's Day 1950 when 121 winemakers from the municipalities of Breganze, Fara, Sarcedo and Mason came together to combine passion and work: thus they founded the Cantina Sociale. A name was needed and, since in agriculture the benevolence of the Eternal Father does not hurt, they decided to turn to their most influential fellow citizen: Blessed Bartolomeo da Breganze, a Dominican friar and Bishop of Vicenza in the thirteenth century.
