A one hundred percent natural product, without any caramel, colouring agents or additives.
Perfect for enhancing the flavour of food such as Parmigiano Reggiano and pears, fresh strawberries, risottos, escalopes, foie gras, pancakes with zucchini flowers, meat carpaccio and fish tartare, sushi and sashimi.
