A gluten-free, egg lasagne that taste like a traditional one. The dough is worked in such a way as to make it rough on the surface, yet fine enough to be light and quick to prepare.
In this version, the dough is enriched with fresh eggs added at the time of preparation. The result? A light, delicate pasta that cooks quickly, pairs well with any sauce, and can be handled just like traditional pasta and it cooks in only 10/12 minutes!
We recommend cooking it for 1 minute in boiling water, then arranging it in a baking dish, layering the product with the sauce, and then baking in a ventilated oven at 200°C for 11 minutes for a delicious lasagne. Note: Serve with plenty of sauce, as the product has a high absorption capacity.
