A Trebbiano d’Abruzzo Superiore made with grapes from a 40-year-old vineyard. The age of the vines and the location of the vineyard produce a wine with complexity and elegance, with minerality and tanginess.
Matured on the lees for 6 months with weekly stirring, the wine has a complex nose with floral and fruity notes and a long, lingering flavour. Perfectly balanced closes with a mineral finish. Excellent for rich fish dishes like monkfish and recommended with mushroom recipes, grilled polenta, cheese.
