Why we love it
Grown all over the south of Italy, only in the Avellino DOCG area the Fiano produces the best examples and becomes the Fiano di Avellino and this wine is a great example of what the grape and the terroir with a skilled wine maker can achieve.
This Fiano di Avellino has a floral and fruity nose, with notes of acacia and apricot. In the palate the wine is perfectly balanced, fresh, elegant, with a long finish. This Fiano di Avellino pairs perfectly with first fish courses, shellfish, scampi, octopus, baked fish, fresh cheeses and white meats.
