Fiano di Avellino, Tralci Hirpini (75cl)

Grown all over the south of Italy, only in the Avellino area the Fiano produces the best examples and becomes the Fiano di Avellino, a DOCG appellation, and this wine is a great example of what the grape and the terroir with a skilled wine maker can achieve.

This Fiano di Avellino has a floral and fruity nose, with notes of acacia and apricot. In the palate the wine is perfectly balanced, fresh, elegant, with a long finish. This Fiano di Avellino pairs perfectly with first fish courses, shellfish, scampi, octopus, baked fish, fresh cheeses and white meats.
