Cremovo, Alagna (75cl)

Cremovo is a dessert wine made with Marsala fine infused with egg yolk. The result is a Marsala wine with a marked egg taste bursting with flavour.

Our Cremovo contains is made with real Marsala 16.5% of alcohol compared to many commercial ones with a lower content. Cremovo pairs perfectly sweets, especially custard cream based ones, and it is also used in the preparation of desserts, check our authentic Italian recipes section for ideas.
