Apricot Jam (No Sugar Added), Punto Verde (230gr)

An apricot jam without added sugar or sweeteners, without pectin, without acidity regulator like the majority of jams available where the only ingredient is apricots, organically grown Italian apricots. Our apricot jam not only is made with organically grown apricot but it is prepared with just fruit against your average "artisan" jam prepared with 55gr of fruit per 100gr and 60gr of sugar and contain pectin, with our jams you eat the fruit, not the sugar.

Whether on a toast or as an ingredient for cakes or to fill croissants, this organic apricot jam is healthy and rich in vitamins due to natural content of the fruit and due to its very low sugar content is suitable for diabetics.

Our jams do not contain traces of peanuts, other nuts, sesame, egg and gluten.

Located in Emilia Romagna, in the province of Modena, in a natural oasis, the Punto Verde, “green point” in Italian, farm extends over 10 hectares of land cultivated by combining tradition with the most advanced techniques of organic agriculture.

Wife and husband, Chiara and Manuele, their daughter Laura and their families, grow cherries, plums, apricots, pears, apples and peaches only to mention a few, together with strawberries, figs, pumpkins all according to the organic philosophy, fruit and vegetables that are used in their products, from juices to chutneys to jams to tomato sauce, following old family recipes, secretly kept, handed down generation to generation.

Punto Verde is a small farm and their production follow the seasons, respecting the nature and biodiversity.
