Trebbiano d'Abruzzo Superiore DOCG, Nicodemi (75cl)

This is typical Trebbiano d’Abruzzo made with selected grapes harvested slightly ahead of time to ensure the wine has a fresh and lively palate. Still, a very elegant Trebbiano d’Abruzzo with an intense nose with notes of citrus fruits. The palate is well balanced and fresh, with a seductive tangy note.

The wine can now be called "Superiore" because made from grapes grown in the DOCG area of the Colli Teramani.

This Trebbiano d’Abruzzo pairs perfectly seafood salads and fish crudités, superb with risottos and stuffed vegetables.

Fattoria Nicodemi is located in Notaresco, in the heart of the Colline Teramane DOCG zone. The vineyards, at about 300 metres in altitude, protected by the Gran Sasso mountain and only 10 kilometres from the sea, enjoy an exceptional microclimate. The winery follows organic practices, without chemical herbicides, pesticides or fertilizers. Nicodemi is also the story of Alessandro and Elena, brother and sister, that took over in 2000 from their dad who followed the steps of their granddad. Nicodemi is the story of their family.
