Made with 100% Gaglioppo grapes, this Ciro' Rosso Superiore is a great red wine.

Following the fermentation, the wine is aged for 15 months in steel and 5 months in used barrels, to add complexity and structure, retaining the fruit aromas and flavours.

The result is a Ciro' Rosso Superiore with a complex nose, with red fruits and spicy notes. On the palate the wine is soft, warm, round, with smooth tannins and a long finish.

This is a wine that pairs beautifully rich and flavorful dishes, charcuterie, grilled meat and mature cheeses.
