Why we love it
A single vineyard Pinot Noir named after the vineyard, Vigna Cantanghel, located at 500 m a.s.l. with an average age of 25 years, manually harvested.
The grapes, once harvested, are fermented in French barrels for about 25 days, the wine is cleared and then aged in barriques for 12 months producing a refined and elegant Pinot noir with a complex nose with notes of red fruit, on the palate is smooth, lively and a never ending finish.
Perfect with red meat, roasted and braised meat, aged cheese or as a meditation wine.
The artisan who made it
