Here, on rolling terrain at around 300 metres above sea level, olive trees – many of which are over one hundred years old – have been nurtured by the family on clay and limestone rich soils that reflect the distinctive character of Calabria’s inland countryside.

Every grove tells a story of care and patience, where the native Pennulara olive continues to thrive under a temperate Mediterranean climate, shaped by hot summers and cool breezes that help develop the olives’ natural complexity.
