Artisan wholemeal friselle made with ancient grains. Sublime with garlic, extra virgin olive oil and chopped tomatoes, as per tradition, or to be enjoyed as a snack. The friselle, according to the traditional way, should be wet with water for a few moments before being seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, chopped tomatoes and salt and oregano but can also be enjoyed as they are, crunchy, in alternative to bread. Suitable for vegans & vegetarians.

Palo del Colle is a town in the province of Bari but is mainly known for being the birthplace of the now, worldwide famous, Tarallo. And in Palo del Colle is where the Antichi Sapori bakery is located.
Antichi Sapori is a small, family bakery that was founded in 1993, when they decided to produce the best tarallo. Since then , they added several other products to their range expanding their bakery, initially all typical Apulia snacks and then moved into producing pasta using the local flour, but remaining faithful to their philosophy of only using the best available ingredients.
