Tarallini are a baked snacks originally from Apulia but now produced all over Italy and our artisan, organic tarallini are made with high quality natural ingredients and extra virgin olive oil, perfect as an accompaniment to an aperitivo or just as a snack on their own. A classic combination is tarallini and red wine. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians

The artisan who made it

Palo del Colle is a town in the province of Bari but is mainly known for being the birthplace of the now, worldwide famous, Tarallo. And in Palo del Colle is where the Antichi Sapori bakery is located.

Antichi Sapori is a small, family bakery that was founded in 1993, when they decided to produce the best tarallo. Since then , they added several other products to their range expanding their bakery, initially all typical Apulia snacks and then moved into producing pasta using the local flour, but remaining faithful to their philosophy of only using the best available ingredients.
