Pasta alla Chitarra is one of our favorite shapes, originally from Abruzzo, the home region of our founder, made exactly like his mum would. This squared spaghetti has a wonderfully rough surface, ideal for traditional Abruzzo recipes as well as rich, hearty sauces - whether it’s a classic meatball sauce or a “chitarrina di mare,” a delicious seafood pasta.
Ready in just 4-5 minutes, preparing it is simple: boil the pasta for 3 minutes, then sauté in your favourite sauce for 1–2 minutes. Be generous with the sauce, this pasta has an incredible ability to absorb flavours, ensuring every mouthful is full of delicious, authentic taste.
