This is an award winning organic Etna DOP extra virgin olive oil obtained from Nocellara Etnea grown at about 600m on the volcano slopes. Olive trees grown on a unique microclimate and environment.

Manually harvested, this olive oil is obtained from the first harvesting, for a better and healthier extra virgin olive oil, and immediately cold pressed in a state-of-the-art mill, this extra virgin olive oil has a vibrant and intense aroma reminiscent of freshly picked olives and a well-balanced taste that harmoniously blends sweet and bitter notes.

A very versatile oil in the kitchen, this Etna DOP is perfect for drizzling over salads, enhancing marinades, or adding depth to meat, fish, and roasted vegetable.
