Etna DOP Contrada Mancusi, Vincenzo Signorelli (500ml)

This is an award winning organic Etna DOP extra virgin olive oil obtained from Nocellara Etnea grown at about 600m abv on the volcano slopes, from olive trees grown in a unique microclimate and environment.

Harvested early for a healthier and higher-quality extra virgin olive oil, the olives are picked by hand and cold pressed within hours at a state-of-the-art mill. The result is an outstanding extra virgin olive oil with the aroma of freshly picked olives and a well-balanced flavour combining gentle sweetness, pleasant bitterness and a lingering, clean finish.

A very versatile oil in the kitchen, this Etna DOP is perfect for drizzling over salads, enhancing marinades, or adding depth to meat, fish, and roasted vegetable.
