Cherry Jam (No Sugar Added), Punto Verde (230gr)

A cherry jam without added sugar or sweetener, without pectin, without acidity regulator like the majority of jams available, this is a jam where the only ingredient are the cherries, organically grown Italian cherries. Made with 100% fruit against your average "artisan" jam that only contains 55gr of fruit per 100gr and 60gr of sugar, with our jams you eat the fruit, not the sugar.

Whether on a toast or as an ingredient for cakes or to fill croissants, this organic cherry jam is healthy with cherries naturally rich in vitamins C, fiber and magnesium. Cherries are also known to contain antioxidants.Our jam, due to its very low content of sugar is suitable for diabetics, check the nutritional values.

Our jams do not contain traces of peanuts, other nuts, sesame, egg and gluten.

Located in Emilia Romagna, in the province of Modena, in a natural oasis, the Punto Verde, “green point” in Italian, farm extends over 10 hectares of land cultivated by combining tradition with the most advanced techniques of organic agriculture.

Wife and husband, Chiara and Manuele, their daughter Laura and their families, grow cherries, plums, apricots, pears, apples and peaches only to mention a few, together with strawberries, figs, pumpkins all according to the organic philosophy, fruit and vegetables that are used in their products, from juices to chutneys to jams to tomato sauce, following old family recipes, secretly kept, handed down generation to generation.

Punto Verde is a small farm and their production follow the seasons, respecting the nature and biodiversity.
