The artisan who made it

Nestled in Cervasca, in the heart of Piedmont, Bramardi Cioccolato has been creaating exceptional artisanal chocolate for over seven decades. The company was founded in 1948, when Giovanni Bramardi — a pastry chef with experience in Paris — opened a small workshop dedicated to the art of chocolate making. From those early days, Bramardi has remained true to its roots: every creation is born from a love of tradition and a commitment to genuine craftsmanship.

At the core of Bramardi’s philosophy is meticulous attention to quality. Only the finest raw ingredients are selected, including certified Piemonte IGP hazelnuts — renowned around the world for their aromatic intensity — and carefully chosen cocoa beans from the best plantations in Central and South America, Madagascar and Ghana. These highly quality ingredients are enhanced by the company’s hallmark technique of cold stone grinding, which preserves delicate aroma and flavour, laying the foundation for chocolates with depth, balance and richness.

Every stage of production is purely artisanal: from the slow, traditional grinding on granite stone mills to hand finishing and tempering.
