Why we love it
Pinot Nero together with Chardonnay produces some of the best classic method sparkling wines in the world and this one from Tuscany is no exception.
Made from Pinot Nrero from a single vineyard situated at about 350mt asl, the altitude allows the grapes to reach the perfect maturation, the grapes are manually harvested and the wine obtained is then left on its own lees for up to 36 months, to produce an amazing sparkling rose' brut. A sparkling wine with a nose with notes of red fruit, dry, and elegant palate.
Perfect as an aperitif or for refined and elegant dishes, this classic method rose' brut is all meal wine.
The artisan who made it
