Why we love it
Bardolino is often seen as the second choice amongst the Valpolicella wines, however, a good Bardolino can be a great wine, different from all the others, but none the less a good glass of red wine.
This organic Bardolino Classico, made from hand picked grapes grown in the heart of the appellation, the "classico area, is a fantastic red wine, with a fruity nose, slightly spiced, fresh. On the palate is fruity, smooth, lively, with a never ending finish of black cherry.
This Bardolino classico is a very versatile red wine, a perfect accompaniment to pasta or pizza or to drink on its own over some tarallini.
