Our Organic Tomato Passata Purée is obtained from the highest quality, hand-selected ripe tomatoes, organically grown without pesticides or chemical additives. Processed at low temperatures, it preserves the natural flavor, aroma, and nutritional properties of the tomatoes.

The result is a rich, genuine, authentic Italian passata. Ideal for Mediterranean dishes, this purée is perfect for preparing sauces, gravies, meat dishes, and even for dressing pizzas and similar recipes.

Usage: Suitable as a base for sauces, gravy, and meat sauces. Ideal for pizzas and other culinary creations. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 3–4 days.
