Porcini Mushrooms Risotto, Gran Cucina (200gr)

Porcini mushrooms risotto is a classic Italian recipe made all over the country, porcini mushrooms are found everywhere. Porcini mushrooms are prized for their rich, nutty flavour, and meaty texture, with their unmistakable taste and aroma, this ready to cook, not pre cooked, risotto is delicious.

The jar contains all ingredients from Carnaroli rice to dried broth, simply add water or extra broth gradually as you would normally do, allowing the rice to absorb all the flavours, while reaching the perfect consistency and "al dente" cooking. The jar serves 3/4 people.

How to Prepare:

Bring 750ml of water to a boil (add a vegetable cube if you like).
Add the contents of the jar to the boiling water.
Cook for approximately 18 minutes, stirring frequently, until the liquid is fully absorbed. Alternatively, pour the mixture into a saucepan and add the water gradually.
Finish with a knob of butter and freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano for a creamy, al dente risotto.

Gran Cucina has its root in a farm at the beginning of the XIX century.
