The result? A light, delicate pasta that cooks quickly, pairs well with any sauce, and is handled just like traditional pasta. It cooks in just 10-12 minutes!
We recommend cooking it for 1 minute in boiling water, then layering it with sauce in a baking dish and baking in a ventilated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 11 minutes for a gluten free lasagne that taste like a traditional one. Note: Serve with plenty of sauce, as the product has a high absorption capacity.
