Made with fresh eggs added during mixing, this gluten-free pappardelle cooks quickly, pairs beautifully with any sauce, does not break, and stays perfectly al dente — just like traditional pasta. Cooking time is only 7–9 minutes.
We recommend boiling salted water for 7–8 minutes, then sauté in your sauce for 1 minute before serving. Serve generously with sauce, as these pappardelle have a high absorption capacity.
