The production of Ravece extra virgin olive oil is strictly limited to 38 municipalities within the Ufita Valley and Valle Media del Calore, in the province of Avellino, Campania. This geographically specific production contributes to the oil’s strong identity. The olives are then pressed within hours in a state of the art mill, preserving their freshness, aroma, and health characteristics.
