This artisan panettone is handcrafted with wild berries folded directly into the dough. Once baked, it is generously covered in ruby chocolate, with fresh berries sprinkled on while the chocolate is still warm so they perfectly meld together. The result is a deliciously balanced combination of fresh, tangy, and sweet notes, ideal for Christmas celebrations or as a luxurious gift.
