An all round, extra virgin olive oil from Apulian olive varieties manually harvested from olive trees located in the Gargano natural park and cold pressed. This extra virgin olive oil has a very low acidity, medium fruitiness with a peppery aftertaste.
This is an all round extra virgin olive and can be used in everything and every day, from cooking to salads, with meat and fish dishes and anything that requires an extra virgin olive oil with a stronger flavour.

The Clemente family goes back to the end of 17th century, when Bernardino started as olive oil merchant, Apulia was and still is famous for its olive trees and olive oil. Fast forward 3 centuries, several generations and the family is still there, the Olearia is now managed by the 2 brothers and 2 sisters, still following Bernardino ideals and philosophy. Olearia Clemente not only has some of the best located olive tree orchards in the whole region of Apulia, but they also have a state of the art mill to ensure that once the olives are harvested, they are immediately pressed to guarantee the quality of their olive oils.
