A single vineyard Pinot Grigio named after the vineyard, Maso Papa, located at 300 m a.s.l., with vines aged about 25 years.
The grapes are manually harvested and the wine partially fermented in barrels (circa 1/5)with its lees.
This is a not your typical Pinot Grigio, with a warm nose, with pear drop and chamomile notes, full, important, soft, elegant, long finish.
This Pinot Grigio not only is an excellent aperitif, but can pair plenty of dishes, from fish to white meat.
