The region of Apulia is another big Italian olive oil producer, it is often referred as the Italian mill and this is an all round, extra virgin olive oil from local, manually harvested, olive varieties from olive trees located in the Gargano natural park and cold pressed. This extra virgin olive oil has a very low acidity, medium fruitiness with a peppery aftertaste.

Clemente not only has some of the best located olive tree orchards in the whole region of Apulia with many located in the Gargano Natural Park where they are organically cultivated, but they also have a state of the art mill to ensure that once the olives are harvested, they are immediately pressed to guarantee the quality of their olive oils.
