Pasticceria Aliverti began life as a small shop located in Arona, Piedmont, fifty years ago and was famous for its amaretto. Over time, the company has slowly increased the levels of production while still retaining its artisan imprint by building a separate laboratory where Stefano the owner and pasticcere, pastry chef, create their local and more general Italian pastries – particularly those linked to festivities such as the panettone or the pandoro – using only the very best quality ingredients with no preservatives or conservatives.
