Another top fermented pale beer from our favourite brewery, this time with the addition of the must of Ribolla Gialla, a native Friulian white grape variety.
With an intense golden-yellow colour, this craft beer offers scents of wild flowers and mineral notes to the nose and on the palate this pale ale shows the Ribolla Gialla characteristics. It is a perfect beer to drink on its own or together with appetisers and pizzas.
This craft beer like all others from Gjulia Brewery, it uses own produced malt and it is secondarily fermented and aged in bottle, non filtered or pasteurized, therefore presents natural sediments.
The artisan who made it
After having devoted their entire lives to winemaking, Marco and Massimo Zorzettig decided it was time to follow their passion. This passion was making craft beer and so Gjulia Brewery was born. They also decided that they would become one of the first Italian craft brewery “agricolo” , which means that they control the whole chain, from barley to beer using the pure water coming out of Monte Mia, this is vital for ensuring the quality of beers which are top fermented without any filtration or pasteurising.
