The artisan who made it
The San Michele brewery was founded in 2010 by a group of friends that share two passions, craft beer and classical music, each craft beer is named after a classical musical opera, from Aida to Norma. Located in Piedmont, at the bottom of the Alps, the brewery takes its name from the former monastery where the brewery is and, using the pure water springing from the mountains and organic raw materials, they make fantastic craft beers.
