Tarallini are a baked snacks originally from Apulia and our artisan pizza flavoured tarallini are made with high quality, organic, natural flavours that reminds us of the pizza (obtained by adding tomatoes passata and basil in their recipe), perfect as an accompaniment to an aperitivo or just as a snack with an extra kick. Organic and suitable for vegans and vegetarians

The artisan who made it

Palo del Colle is a town in the province of Bari but is mainly known for being the birthplace of the now, worldwide famous, Tarallo. And in Palo del Colle is where the Antichi Sapori bakery is located.

Antichi Sapori is a small, family bakery that was founded in 1993, when they decided to produce the best tarallo. Since then , they added several other products to their range expanding their bakery, initially all typical Apulia snacks and then moved into producing pasta using the local flour, but remaining faithful to their philosophy of only using the best available ingredients.
