Crisp baked Italian bread slices flavoured with extra virgin olive oil. Our filoncino bread is sliced and then the slices baked again for a perfect crunchiness. Our crostini are perfect to serve with an aperitivo, with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or to eat with some olive cream or some ndjua.

Palo del Colle is a town in the province of Bari but is mainly known for being the birthplace of the now, worldwide famous, Tarallo. And in Palo del Colle is where the Antichi Sapori bakery is located.

Antichi Sapori is a small, family bakery that was founded in 1993, when they decided to produce the best tarallo. Since then , they added several other products to their range expanding their bakery, initially all typical Apulia snacks and then moved into producing pasta using the local flour, but remaining faithful to their philosophy of only using the best available ingredients.
