A single variety or cultivar, Nocellara del belice, for this organic Sicilian extra virgin olive oil obtained from selected olives, hand-picked in the olive grove. The olives are then milled within the day so the olives are not damaged and the oil contains all its good stuff. The olives are selected before they are fully ripe when there is still a prevalence of green color.
This single varietal organic Sicilian extra virgin olive oil is only produced in certain year, being a single variety the olives must be perfect, and in very limited quantity due the number of Nocellara del Belice olive trees and is characterized by a more or less intense green color with bitter and spicy notes perfectly balanced with the fruitiness and a clear herbaceous aromas of green tomato and tomato leaf and artichoke and is suited for salads, soups and dishes that require a slightly stronger olive oil.
This is a premium extra virgin olive oil, rich in polyphenols and natural antioxidants, with very low acidity, it is high nutritional.

Azienda Agricola Angimbe is situated in the territory of Trapani, in the west of Sicily and their olive grove is surrounded by the natural reserve of Angimbè sughereta; a beautiful wood with a prevalence of cork plants that makes our territory free of any environmental contamination; hence the name of the oil “Natures”.
Azienda Agricola Angimbe has been following and practicing organic cultivation from the beginning due to their location and their wanting to preserve the environment. The olives are hand picked and selected and milled within the day to produce the best quality oils. The farm grows different varieties that are then blended into their award winning oil "Natures" and only in the best year, a very limited production of a single variety extra virgin olive oil made with Nocellara del Belice, the native olive variety.
