Description
Cesanese is a native grape from Latium that has previously been used to make blends and it is now vinified on its own. This Cesanese is made using the ripasso method, which consist in "repassing" the juice on the skinks, same method used for the Ripasso della Valpolicella. The wine is then aged for 12 months in oak barrels to add spicy, creamy hints. This wine shows aromas of berries and red fruit with an underlying hints of vanilla. On the mouth, is elegant, rich and smooth. This red wine is suitable for vegans
