Description

A delicate and light spumante, to be enjoyed with or without food, obtained from Pinot Bianco and Chardonnay grapes using the Charmat method in which the second fermentation takes place in the tank. It is moreish, packed with delicious, soft, floral flavours and a fine perlage that lingers seductively in the mouth.

Producer

The Dal Cero vineyards are located in the heart of the Soave area, only a few kilometres away from the town of Soave.

Their vineyards, located along the hills of the Monti Lessini, benefit from the protection offered by the mountains. The grapes planted include the Pinot Grigio and the Garganega.
