Description

A fantastic Gavi di Gavi from a single vineyard, from selected hand picked Cortese grapes from old vines grown in the heart of the Gavi area, Rovereto, this wine is the perfect example of a Gavi wine. Elegant, crispy, light, with a fruity nose with recognisable apple hints and a good acidity in the mouth, with plenty of flavour and a never ending mineral finish.

Producer

The azienda "I Moncalvi" lies in the heart of Rovereto, right in the middle of the Gavi area where the Moncalvi family has been making wine for generations, respecting the land.

Each vintage is different, however, everything is done manually and according the tradition. The wines produced in the Rovereto area have a minerality unique to the Gavi di Gavi.
