It is made from an extremely accurate selection of Chardonnay grapes from only the oldest vines, grapes so noble they can stand alone. It rests in the quiet darkness of the corners of the ancient La Valle cellar for at least five years from the harvest. The Azienda Agricola “La Valle” is located in a beautiful area, in the heart of the Franciacorta, on the slope of a hill, 200 meters above sea, particularly vocated and has been owned by the Pezzola family for several generations.La Valle is a small vinery with only 6 hectares, between Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Bianco with a very low yield to ensure a high quality product.
