Description
The Franciacorta D.O.C.G. is the Italian sparkling wine made using the classic method with the second fermentation taking place in the bottle and fermented for at least 18 months. The three grapes, chardonnay, pinot blanc and pinot noir, are vinified separately and then blended. Inside the quiet La Valle cellars, safe from light and at a constant temperature and humidity, time does its work and Primum reaches its splendid maturity. The franciacorta primum is a strong and decisive brut, is the classic Franciacorta wine, well balanced between aromas and freshness, structure and elegance. It has an intense nose with bread and yeast and notes of dried fruit, in the mouth is balanced, refined and generous. Primum is perfect for every taste, ideal for every occasion.Producer
The Azienda Agricola “La Valle” is located in a beautiful area, in the heart of the Franciacorta, on the slope of a hill, 200 meters above sea, particularly vocated and has been owned by the Pezzola family for several generations.La Valle is a small vinery with only 6 hectares, between Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Bianco with a very low yield to ensure a high quality product.
