Description

This extra virgin olive oil is obtained from a single estate in Tuscany, cold pressed olives. The olives are hand picked and immediately pressed through a mechanical press. The result is a oil with a very low acidity and of green colour offering hints of hay and olives. This oil is produced in very small quantity

Producer

The Dal Cero vineyards are located in the heart of the Soave area, only a few kilometres away from the town of Soave.

Their vineyards, located along the hills of the Monti Lessini, benefit from the protection offered by the mountains. The grapes planted include the Pinot Grigio and the Garganega.
