These Italian artichokes, freshly-picked, cooked and minced, in olive oil have a very delicate taste and they are ideal for bruschettas or as an ingredient for pasta or main courses. The company started in 1985 in Bologna (Tuscany). This small family company uses housewife's experience in preparing conserves in oil following family recipes.Over time they have grown and expanded their range but their products are still made with the same care.
